Trend Micro-Tips-Cannot Activate Renewed Licenses as They are Showed as Expired in Officescan Management

Hi,

I've rec’ved the paper license and CD yesterday. I installed the Office server 8.0. but the license said that they're expired and asked me to enter a new activation code instead. When I checked, the new code I received yesterday is the same as my previous one, so when I keyed in, it is displayed as expired! Who can help me?

Pls give me the support hotline or person. Thanks!

Follow the steps:

1.Go to Security Dashboard

2.Click on Preferences then Product License

3.Click on "check online status"

4.The license information should now be updated or correct
